Homes for Hope was founded by real estate professionals who wanted to make a difference in the lives of youth. By donating a portion of their commissions from the home buying process, they are handing over keys to a new owner while supporting the only low-barrier youth shelters in Kitsap and Pierce Counties.

You choose how much you want to donate to support youth housing programs at The Coffee Oasis.
Agent Partnership Levels (within 12 month period):
- Bronze: donate % of commission from the sale of 1 home or $500
- Silver: donate % of commission from the sale of 2-4 homes or $1,000
- Gold: donate % of commission from the sale of 5-10 homes or $2,500
- Platinum: donate % of commission from the sale of 10+ homes or $5,000+

What is Homes for Hope?
Homes for Hope is a partnership between The Coffee Oasis and local Realtors to provide shelter and housing for youth. This is an opportunity for the real estate community to partner together through the sale of a home, simultaneously giving those who are homeless in our community a chance to come home. Those involved in the transaction (listing agent, buyers agent, lender, etc.) are invited to donate a portion of their commission to The Coffee Oasis. As the sale closes, not only do the new buyers get keys to their new home, but it also gives youth experiencing homelessness a chance to have a home through The Coffee Oasis.
How is money or commission donated?
You can give online or mail a check to the Coffee Oasis Administration Office: 837 4TH ST, Bremerton, WA 98337
Note: If you are going to write a check, please write the check out to The Coffee Oasis and write Homes For Hope in the memo line.
How do I become a Homes for Hope Agent?
Start by filling out our Homes for Hope Interest Form or emailing connect@thecoffeeoasis.com
How do I get a Homes for Hope sign rider and other promotional material?
Once you are a Homes for Hope Agent, you will get access to print-ready promotional materials, including a FAQ sheet, flyer, sign rider file you can order, and an open house checklist. The Coffee Oasis can also provide you with printed general informational brochures about our youth programs and cafes.
Is this only something listing agents can do?
Both buyers agents and listing agents are invited to make a difference through Homes for Hope! Sellers can also share this program with their agents and come together for greater impact.
What can a donation provide?
A gift of $60 can provide a youth with a night’s stay in the Bremerton shelter! The Coffee Oasis Housing programs also include case management, job training, and resources (such as showers, clothes, and food) to youth in the programs.
