872 students experienced homelessness in Kitsap County during the 2023-2024 school year.
These numbers represent only those we can count. Many more youth struggle daily with depression, anxiety, isolation, addiction, and trauma–often fighting to survive the day. Through your partnership, The Coffee Oasis connected with 885 youth through outreach programs.
Thanks to your support last year, you provided 3,232 bed nights of shelter and essential resources such as showers, laundry, food, and more for 538 youth. One young adult, Cody, shared that, “without The Coffee Oasis I wouldn’t have the job I have now. I would have given up on my mental health and everything if it weren’t for the help of The Coffee Oasis.” With the foundations of shelter and case management, Cody found stable housing and employment.
The Coffee Oasis 12th Annual Hope Gala will be on Friday, September 12, 2025. It will be held again at the Kitsap Conference Center at Bremerton Harborside with doors opening at 5pm.
