Dear Coffee Oasis Friends and Supporters,

As 2025 comes to a close, we pause to celebrate the incredible journey we’ve shared and look forward with hope to the promise of a new year. At The Coffee Oasis, we believe every young person who walks through our doors is a masterpiece of God’s creation, and it is a blessing to walk alongside them.

Earlier this year, I asked our community—staff, donors, and supporters: When a youth asks, “Who will be there for me?” What will your answer be? For 28 years, The Coffee Oasis has provided the unwavering answer: WE WILL.

This year, over 3,661 youth found immediate safety, stability, and belonging in our shelters and centers. But the reality is stark: federal funding reductions and delays have made it harder than ever to sustain these critical services.

Going into 2026, we have lost and seen a significant reduction in key federal grants that have offset cost for our youth shelters over the past three years.

Thanks to your generosity, we’ve already secured over half of our operating costs for 2026. With this loss of federal funding, we are in need of $416,000 to fully operate our youth shelters for all of next year.

Our youth shelters remain our top priority and time is critical.
